Flexible professional HR management

  • Supporting the Case Manager in discussions with the family on the type of care required and the contracted/shift hours to attract and retain staff i.e. Waking Night, Sleeping Night, Resting Night or Support Worker
  • Undertaking salary reviews to determine appropriate hourly rates
  • Drafting adverts cohesively with the Case Manager or/and family
  • Supporting the Case Manager in reminding and advising on probationary period reviews
  • Advising on any ad hoc HR queries and management of staffing issues in partnership with the Case Manager – conduct, maternity, sickness, staffing issues etc.
  • Annual leave cards and calculation of annual leave entitlement based on the Good Work Plan Requirements of calculating pay in line with the 52-week qualifying week rule
