Support Worker – Erith, Bexley

This is a fantastic opportunity for **Female Rehabilitation Support Workers to join an established care team working with a bubbly and engaging 22-year-old young woman in Erith.

Working as a Rehabilitation Support Worker with our Client, you will play a key role in providing support on a 2-to-1 basis in a busy and thriving family home, to participate in hydrotherapy and physiotherapy with the Client. It is a requirement for this role that candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and be happy to drive the Client’s adapted vehicle.
